Founded in 1992, the International Gay and Lesbian Football Association (IGLFA) promotes LGBTQ+ inclusion in football worldwide. Since its inception, it has seen the emergence of numerous teams and clubs across all continents, united by its mission. These groups embody acceptance and solidarity, contributing to a global community that transcends borders and transforming football into a powerful force for social change.
Elite Group
We have 10 years of experience in amateur sports officiating and refereeing; that's where we started. But our dedication has taken us to another level: the corporate sports arena and participation in various international tournaments. We promote and foster positive change for visibility, equity, inclusion, and the creation of safe spaces not only for athletes but also for LGBTQ+ sports referees and judges.
